“Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord.” (Acts 3:19 NKJV).
Repentance is not punishment, it is the Door to New Life. Many people misunderstand repentance. They think it means shame or condemnation. But biblical repentance is actually a gift from God.
Repentance means turning away from sin and turning toward Jesus. It is a change of heart that leads to a transformed life.
God is not waiting to reject you. He is waiting to receive you with mercy.
1John 1:9, said. “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
When we confess our sins, God forgives us and begins the work of making us new.
Your past does not have to define your future. God’s grace is greater than your failures. God transforms us through the power of the Holy Spirit.
If you have drifted away from Him, today is the perfect day to return.
The Father is still waiting with open arms to embrace you.
Prayer. Heavenly Father, I repent of my sins and turn back to You. Please forgive me and create in me a clean heart, renew my spirit, and help me walk in obedience to Your Word. Thank You for Your Grace, mercy and forgiveness, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
